Thanks VERY much for the new Gasket rubber for my taillight.
I did notice that the original was a bit grumpy about fitting just right.
I can see the new one will be deluxe. It is a pleasure dealing with a
company that considers their customers satisfaction as important.
I'll be sure to mention where I got the conversion kit from when
folks ask about the new smooth look without the taillight/billboard sticking up.

I bought a Quadzilla fairing from you guys at Laconia Bike Week. I love it and the stereo is awesome.
Shortly after, I took my bike to HD for service and they fried my radio. You guys were great and even called HD when I was having a tough time getting them to fix the radio fixed. Just wanted to say thanks and it was great to have an understanding person on the other side of the phone. Sometimes you might have second thoughts about buying things from a vendor at an event but you guys stand behind your stuff!!! Thanks again. |

Wow - what GREAT customer service from your company!!! I came home yesterday from a week-long business trip, and had the gasket for my tombstone cover waiting for me that you had sent. I was in a conference earlier this week that had Dr. Stephen Covey speaking a bout building trust with customers. One of the things he covered had to do with "doing the right thing" even if it costs your company some money. You definitely have built my trust by doing this "right" gesture, of sending a new gasket t hat will fit a bit better than the stock one. It's greatly appreciated, and shows what great integrity you all have. I have spread the word about your Tombstome kit along with pics of my bike with it, on the HDForums.com website. Hopefully this helps give you some more business, which you definitely deserve!

I received the new gasket in the mail....thank you. Original installation went ok, but I'll admit that I had some trouble positioning the gasket for uniformity around the tombstone base. I'm sure the new gasket will be much easier to install, and probably provide a better seal as well. It's nice to know that you cared enough to send the new one out.

IN NOVEMBER LAST YEAR I BOUGHT A SOFTBRAKE TAG RELOCATOR PLATE FOR MY 2008 SOFTAIL DELUXE FROM J&P CYCLES. DID NOT GET THE PART INSTALLED UNTIL MAY 2011.A FEW WEEKS AGO THE TAG RELOCATOR PLATE BROKE... I CALLED J&P CYCLES AND WAS TOLD TO CALL SOFTBRAKE FOR WARRANTY REPLACEMENT,DUE TO IT BEING MORE THAN 120 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE. SOFTBRAKE HAS BLOWED ME OFF AND SO HAS J&P CYCLE.
THINK ABOUT THIS BEFORE YOU BUY THIER PRODUCTS.

I recently ordered a SoftBrakes' Tombstone Taillight Housing. I just wanted to say thanks for the quick response to my order and fast shipping. I've been looking for this part for a long time and couldn't seem to find one. My dad called and told me about it and I immediately ordered it. I had relocated my plate to the rear axle and the rear fender just didn't look right with the stock tombstone light housing. We have a hot rod shop in Nor. Cal. And I just wanted to pass on my thanks for your great customer service. I even received a phone call the next day letting know that it had shipped. You guys rock! My HD Softail Deluxe looks sweet now.

I have just purchased and installed extended shift levers. First off, I would like to say that these are of the highest quality, worth the price. After installing these levers, I found a new freedom with my foot and I am much more comfortable on my Ultra. I can actually use my rear shifter now. THANK YOU for an excellent product. |

Rick and Debbie - I recently found the time to install your shift levers on my 08 Ultra. A straight forward installation. The first thing I noticed was the quality of the product, first rate. Next it appeared massive next tothe stock linkage yet it felt as if it weighed half of the stock parts. Lastly it worked as advertised opening up the floorboard. My oldest son just happened to stop by as I was completing the installatin. He said "at last" my biggest complaint about your Harley has been taken care of". |

I have two Harleys..A softail Deluxe and an Ultra Limited..Both have Softbrake License plate relocation brackets.."Bang for the buck" this is the best modifaction you can make to the apperance of your bike...The differance is amazing..I am constantly getting compliments on how clean the rear of my bike is..It's the mod Hd Should have made...I cannot recommend these brackets enough..Try it you'll love it!!! |

Purchased your SoftBrake at the bike EXPO in Phoenix. I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with your xtra low lever. After trying two other manufacturers, your xtra low lever finally puts the brake pad where I want it. Not only does this give my foot more room and ease in braking, but it also soves my exhaust pipe problem and my highway peg problem. Thanks again. BA |

Dear Softbrake, I recently purchased, received, and mounted your Quadzilla fairing onto my 2002 Roadking Classic and man is that thing sweet. It took no time at all to install and does that stereo sound good. It is very refreshing to find someone with a product that actually does and acts like it's suppose to or was represented to. I am so fired up about this. This is the best money that I've spent on any after-market anything. You saved me about $25,000.00 when you sold me this fairing. It would have been just a matter of time before I got stupid and bought a third Harley---an UltraClassic ---basically because I wanted music on my bike for Sturgis or Daytona Beach rides. You have to look twice to tell that my Roadking is not an Electraglide. I bought a H-D Bra for the fairing for now and that thing fit great as well!!! This summer I am going to have it painted Pearl white like the bike. Anyway, my hat is off to ya. I can probably sell more of those Quadzillas for you!!!

I got a pair of 2" extended shift levers from you a short while back. Now I can put my size 16 foot on the floor boards of my Electroglide and use the heel toe shifter the way the factory meant for them to used. I rode around the area a while and just got back from a 2,500 mile trip. Big difference.

I just thought I would let everyone know I received the SoftBrake pedal that I ordered from SoftBrake here on our Webs 4 Bikers. I can not tell you how great a product they have. It was shipped very fast. came nicely packaged so not to scratch it and the Install was so simple I had the old one off and the new pedal on in less than 30 minutes. It works great and just as advertised my foot no longer gets caught under the stock pedal what a relief. In fact on my 07 Road King I have a set of adjustable pegs mounted on the crash bar and with the new pedal. I can actually rest my foot on the pegs and the floorboard and reach the brake pedal with ease.So if anyone is in the market for a new brake lever. Please look at SoftBrake. They really do have a great product.
